Samsa × Autoimmune Balance Club
The world has a bloat problem.
Not extreme. Just quiet, and very common. You almost certainly know that already — which is usually why people end up on a page like this one rather than a shop.
So this is the long version. What bloating actually is, what enzymes do and don't do, what the wellness aisle is selling you, and what we refuse to claim. The buy button is at the bottom, where it belongs.
Two people, one Tuesday
Where the two meet
You have a body you manage carefully, and you also have dinner on Thursday. Both of those are true on the same day, and neither one waits politely for the other. That overlap is real, and it is the reason this page exists.
The meal is where the work shows up. Eating out is more work than eating at home — bigger portions, more fat, courses spread over two hours, and none of it chosen by you.
That is the meal DIGEST was built for. Two capsules, taken with it rather than after it.

Four things worth getting straight
One
Bloating is mostly mechanical
Food arrives. It gets broken down. Gas is an ordinary by-product of that process, not a sign something has gone wrong. How much of it you notice depends on volume, speed, fat content and timing — how much arrived, how fast you ate it, how rich it was and what else was already in there.
Which is why the same plate can be uneventful on a Tuesday and not on a Saturday. It isn't a moral event. It's throughput.
Two
Eating out is a different job
Restaurant portions are larger. Fat content is higher, because fat is what makes restaurant food taste like restaurant food. Courses arrive over two hours instead of twenty minutes, and you did not choose the oil, the butter quantity or the order things turn up in.
None of that is a problem to be fixed. It is simply more work arriving faster, at a time you didn't set. That is the situation DIGEST was built around — taken with the meal, not after it.
Three
What enzymes are, said plainly
Enzymes are proteins that break food into smaller components. Your body already makes its own; this is a normal, continuous part of digestion. Bromelain comes from pineapple and papain from papaya, and both are plant-sourced enzymes that act on protein. Dandelion, ginger, peppermint and lemon balm are botanicals with long traditional use alongside food.
That is the mechanism, and it is the whole of what we will tell you about it. What we will not do is describe how it is going to feel.
Four
The bloat industrial complex
There is a large, profitable category built on this feeling. Debloat teas that are diuretics. Three-day resets. Elimination protocols with no end date and no reintroduction plan. Charcoal, which will happily bind your medication along with everything else. A great deal of it works by getting you to eat less and then calling that a cure.
The tell is always the same: enormous promises, and a label that won't show you a dose. We think the label is the trust. Nothing hidden, nothing padded.
The label
Fully disclosed, per serving
Two capsules a day, taken with the meal. Six actives, every dose printed. No proprietary blend, because a proprietary blend is a way of not telling you.
Vegan capsule. Contains ingredients derived from pineapple and papaya. Sixty capsules per bottle — thirty days taken as directed. Manufactured in the EU for Samsa Labs Ltd, Dublin.
The part most brands skip
What we don't claim
If you're the kind of person who reads labels properly, this is the section that tells you whether to trust the rest of the page.
We don't say it treats or manages any medical condition
Not one. DIGEST is a food supplement, and a food supplement cannot prevent, treat or cure a disease — whatever the packaging in the next aisle implies. If something is persistent, painful or unexplained, that is a conversation for your doctor, and no capsule is a substitute for it.
We don't say it reduces bloating
You will notice the whole page above describes digestion and never promises an outcome. That is deliberate. Relief of bloating is not an authorised claim for bromelain or papain under EU law, so brands that state it are guessing on your behalf. We would rather show you the doses and let you decide.
We don't publish numbers we haven't earned
No invented star rating, no “4,200 happy customers”, no bestseller badge on a product that launched this year. When we have reviews, they will be real ones, including the unflattering ones.
We don't pretend the discount is a favour
15% off is a discount, not a gift. It stacks with the three-bottle price rather than replacing it, so entering the code can never make your basket more expensive — which is not true of every creator code you will type this year. That's the entire arrangement.
If you'd like to try it
Two capsules, with the meal
That's the routine. Not a protocol, not a reset, nothing to eliminate and nothing to give up. Take them with the largest meal of the day and get on with the day.
Three bottles is three months, which is long enough to know whether it belongs in your bag or not. One bottle is thirty days — enough to form an opinion, and not much longer.
