Frequently Asked Questions
Two capsules a day, taken with a meal — particularly a larger or richer one. Sixty capsules per jar, so one jar is a month. Swallow with water. There's no loading phase and nothing to time to the minute.
With the meal, not after it. The enzymes are there to meet the food, so take your two capsules at the start of your largest or richest meal of the day. If that's dinner, take them at dinner.
Yes. The capsule shell is vegetable and all six actives are plant-sourced — bromelain from pineapple, papain from papaya, and four botanical extracts. Nothing in it is animal-derived.
One thing worth knowing separately: because it contains bromelain and papain, DIGEST isn't suitable if you have a known allergy to pineapple, papaya or latex.
We can't advise on that — please ask your doctor or pharmacist first. The same applies if you have a medical condition, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take the label with you: every ingredient and its exact dose is printed on the jar, which is the information they'll want. Food supplements aren't a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and the recommended dose of two capsules a day shouldn't be exceeded.
DIGEST is taken with food and works meal by meal rather than building up over weeks, so there's no waiting period to get through.
We deliberately don't publish a results timeline. EU rules don't allow us to promise an outcome, and we'd rather you judged it against your own meals than against a number we picked. A jar is thirty days — that's a fair trial.
