Six actives.
Every milligram on the label.
No proprietary blend, no filler science, nothing added just to lengthen a list. Here is each ingredient in DIGEST — what it is, exactly how much you get, and why it earned a place in a formula of only six.

The full formula
Most digestive supplements bury their doses inside a “proprietary blend” — one number covering six ingredients, so you never learn how much of anything you're actually taking.
We don't do that. Below is every active in a two-capsule serving, at its exact milligram and standardisation.
Serving size: 2 capsules
30 servings per container
60 capsules per bottle
Other ingredients: vegetable capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: contains bromelain (pineapple) and papain (papaya). Not suitable with a known allergy to pineapple, papaya or latex.
Every one earned its place
Two plant-sourced enzymes and four botanical extracts, ordered by dose. Nothing here at a token amount.
Dandelion Root
A traditional European bitter with a long history of use around mealtimes. Root only — not leaf, not whole plant. The largest single dose in the formula and the bitter backbone of the blend.
Bromelain
A proteolytic enzyme complex drawn from pineapple. Enzymes like bromelain help break proteins down into smaller components as part of the body's normal digestive process — working on the meal you take it with.
Ginger Root
Standardised to 5% gingerols, so the actives are quantified rather than assumed as they are with raw powder. One of the few botanicals people already reach for instinctively after a heavy meal.
Peppermint
The after-dinner plant, standardised to 2% menthol. Used around meals for centuries, long before anyone thought to put it into a capsule.
Papain
The formula's second enzyme. Paired with bromelain rather than duplicating it — two enzyme complexes from different plant sources, both disclosed at a meaningful dose rather than a token one.
Lemon Balm
A 10:1 concentrated extract of a traditional European garden herb in the mint family. The quietest ingredient in the blend, and deliberately so — the last note rather than the loudest.
What we left out
DIGEST isn't built around the longest ingredient list. It's built around the right one — six actives, disclosed at full dose, and none of the following.
How to take it
Two capsules daily with a meal, particularly with larger or richer meals. One bottle is a 30-day supply. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children.
Who should check first
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication (bromelain and papain may interact with blood thinners), or have a pineapple or papaya allergy, speak to your doctor before use.
