Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Perishable goods
